Hybrid leadership role spanning talent relations and integrated festival marketing for Live Nation’s flagship emo festival in Las Vegas—an annual, full-scale takeover. Led 360° marketing across national promotions, paid media, PR, CRM, SMS, and experiential, managing major budgets and navigating high-visibility moments and crisis communications. Served as primary liaison for 60–70 artists annually, overseeing offers, contracting, advancing, and on-site execution. Led all on-site content execution, directing photo and video teams and managing artist content needs—including bespoke shoots with artist teams—to deliver high-impact social and promotional assets. Supported the full Festival lifecycle from lineup launch through on-site delivery.
